CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY
Paedodontics is the branch of Dentistry that deals with monitoring
of health and the treatment of problems of the oral cavity of children and adolescents.
The baby dentition consists of 20 teeth, which gradually emerge from the age of six months until the age of two years. Their role is very important for the child:
They serve chewing and phonation for about ten years, until the eruption of all permanent teeth is complete.
They are a safe guide for the smooth eruption of successive permanent teeth in the correct position.
A broken baby tooth causes pain and discomfort to the child, so it must be treated immediately.
If the damaged child's tooth is left untreated, an abscess is created, which negatively affects the development and eruption of the corresponding permanent tooth.
Pediatric work
Resin fillings in new and permanent teeth
Children's exports and cleanings
Clogging of holes and cracks

After a complete examination of the little patient, we undertake to:
-
protect the child's healthy teeth, with fluoridation and the covering of holes and fissures
-
treat the child's damaged teeth (fillings - aponeurosis - extractions)
-
inform the parents in time of any orthodontic problems
-
advise on dealing with habits (eg prolonged pacifier use) that can lead to orthodontic problems.
-
we diagnose diseases that have manifestations in the oral cavity (e.g. viruses)
treat dental injuries
educate the child and the parents in proper oral hygiene and proper nutrition.
